Effective from 29^th December 2011, Regas Terminal (Sg. Udang) Sdn Bhd (958822-W), Regas Terminal (Pengerang) Sdn Bhd (962139-X) and Regas Terminal (Lahad Datu) Sdn Bhd (961779-T) have become wholly owned subsidiaries of PETRONAS Gas Berhad. The said companies are incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965, with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100 ordinary shares of RM1,000.00 each and a paid-up capital of RM2,000.00 for each of the companies.
